User tested format
Our newsroom layout and formatting is based on the templates that came out of the Social Media Club discussions about social news. The current design and architecture has been thoroughly user tested. Our technical team will work with you and advise you as to how best to integrate the social media newsroom with your website.

Training and Tech Support
We've been using this system for almost five years now and we do not get a lot of tech support calls. But if you do need us, our tech team will be there for you. In most cases the difficulties are caused by a glitch when entering data, but you get full training on using the system when it is installed.
